California Dreamin’
The adventure of a young man from Central America who came to the United States to find rainbows. Throughout the story, he goes through a series of adventures becoming a dancer, a soldier, and a college graduate. He gets an opportunity to do an acting job in California and he goes to fulfill that rainbow.
About the Author
Tonyo “Jose” Meléndez
Tonyo Melendez started his professional career at the age of fourteen acting in Radio, Theatre and Television in Central America. After starring in his own TV series, he came to the United States. He then served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Tonyo Melendez holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Virginia and a Master of Fine Arts from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
